Welcome to Ponir London Ltd. By booking or using our henna services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Ponir London Ltd provides henna art services for weddings, parties, festivals, corporate events, private appointments, and other occasions. All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure appointments. Booking details must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary. Full payment must be made before or immediately after the service unless otherwise agreed. Prices may vary depending on design complexity, travel distance, number of guests, and event duration. Travel charges may apply outside our local service area. Clients must provide a safe and suitable working environment for the artist. Clients must inform us of: allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy concerns, or previous reactions to henna products. Ponir London Ltd is not responsible for: allergic reactions caused by undisclosed conditions, poor aftercare, natural variations in stain colour, or circumstances beyond our control. Intellectual Property All website content, images, logos, and henna designs remain the property of Ponir London Ltd unless otherwise stated. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Booking Policy

Appointments are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Ponir London Ltd. A non-refundable deposit may be required for bridal and event bookings. Deposits secure the appointment date and time. Cancellations after bookings of the appointment date will result in the loss of the deposit. Large event bookings may have separate cancellation terms. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time. Significant delays may require rescheduling, and Ponir London Ltd can only provide a proper time if available. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Clients must provide: suitable seating, adequate lighting, and a safe environment for the artist. Additional travel charges may apply depending on location.

Allergy Disclaimer -Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for informing Ponir London Ltd of: allergies, skin conditions, sensitivities, pregnancy concerns, or previous reactions to cosmetic products. Patch tests are mandatory for all customers before appointments, especially for sensitive skin clients. If someone does not wants to have patch test or the customer willingly apply henna without patch test, Ponir London Ltd is not liable for that. Henna products may react differently depending on individual skin type and body chemistry. Ponir London is not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or skin sensitivities resulting from: undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or individual skin reactions. We aim to use quality henna products suitable for cosmetic use and we request customers to bring their own henna. Clients should immediately stop use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.

Refund Policy/Service Refunds

Due to the nature of personalised henna services, refunds are not provided once the service has been completed. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by Ponir London Ltd. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue and try to resolve it fairly.

Henna Aftercare Instructions:

For Best Stain Results Keep the henna paste on the skin as long as possible. Avoid water for at least 6–12 hours after paste removal. Avoid soap, chlorine, exfoliation, and excessive rubbing. Apply natural oils or balm to help protect the stain. Do not wash the paste off with water immediately. Gently scrape or brush it away. Henna stains normally darken over 24–48 hours and vary depending on skin type and body temperature. Stain Duration Henna stains are temporary and usually last 1–3 weeks, depending on aftercare and skin type. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive washing to help the stain last longer.
